Frequently asked · From PSM coordinators evaluating ComplianceOS
If the answer to your question is not here, reply to any email or book a 15-minute call.
/ Q01
No software product is. OSHA recognizes engineers, certified safety professionals, and licensed third-party auditors. ComplianceOS produces a paragraph-cited gap-analysis you can hand to a recognized professional, your in-house team, or your insurer's loss-control inspector. It is a first read, not a final word.
/ Q02
It will. The engine reads what you tell it through the 12-element intake form. If you put 'partial' for mechanical integrity it cannot know which line you actually neglected. The output is structured to highlight what your inputs say is missing, not to magically discover what you did not disclose. Pair it with the 1910.119(o) walkdown.
/ Q03
Yes. Every report renders as a paragraph-cited PDF with a shareable read-only link. Send the share link to the auditor before they arrive, or download the PDF and email it. Both work.
/ Q04
Cority and Sphera are five-figure enterprise platforms with vendor onboarding, security review, and multi-user implementations measured in months. ComplianceOS is a self-serve $149-$497/mo instrument that produces your first PSM gap-analysis in under fifteen minutes. They are not competitors in the same way a multimeter is not a competitor to a SCADA system. Different tier of work.
/ Q05
Self-serve cancellation through the Stripe Billing Portal, anytime. Thirty-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email Adam directly for the refund.
/ Q06
No. Facility intake data lives in a single SQLite database on a dedicated VPS. It is not sold, syndicated, used to train any model, or shared with any third party. The only exception is Stripe for payment processing (no facility data, only email + payment metadata).
/ Q07
Enterprise tier addresses this. Realistically, the most cost-effective path today is one subscription per facility with a 20% bundle discount above three sites. Reply to any email or book a call to discuss the rollout.
/ Q08
The PSM 1910.119 and RMP 40 CFR 68 element sets overlap substantially. A future RMP-specific intake is on the roadmap. Today, the PSM gap-analysis covers most of what you would document for the RMP three-year audit cycle.
/ Q09
A chemical engineer with operating PSM exposure. Formerly at Materia Inc on DCPD-based ROMP thermoset (acquired by ExxonMobil), with field exposure to API 510 / 570 / 579 / 580 / 653 inspection programs through ARPE Engineering. Full bio at /about.
/ Q10
Yes for agent-to-agent commerce. The /pay/complianceos endpoint serves the x402 protocol on Base. Human customers pay through Stripe for now.
